We collect minimal personal information necessary to provide our services, including your email address and an optional phone number. Every user is assigned a unique, non-identifiable 6-character User ID.
Your email is used for authentication (password sign-in or passwordless magic links) and essential service emails such as account activation. We do not use your contact information for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt in.
Inputs provided to our campaign analysis tools are processed using OpenAI's API to generate your results, governed by OpenAI's data privacy policies. The campaign details you submit and the generated brief are stored on our servers so we can operate, secure and improve the service. To request deletion of your briefs or account data, email hi@onlyaff.io.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Passwords are stored hashed (bcrypt), connections are encrypted via HTTPS, and admin access is restricted and credential-protected.
We use Resend for transactional email delivery, OpenAI for AI processing, and a managed MySQL database hosted with Hostinger. These providers are selected for their security and privacy standards.
